Dong Yang Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd (600230-H) is a company incorporated in Malaysia in November 2002 and located at 28-3, JALAN METRO PUDU, FRASER BUSINESS PARK, OFF JALAN YEW, 55100 KUALA LUMPUR.
Dong Yang Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd has a paid up capital of RM500,000.00 and having Maybank Berhad as its main bankers.
The company has a trade facility of RM5 million to accommodate the sales & marketing activities.
The main activities of the company are as follow:-
- Sales & Marketing
- Supply and installation.
- Testing & Commissioning
- Providing maintenance services for the escalators and elevators.
The management team comprises of managers and technical personnels who have been in the elavator industry for 10 to 30 years.
As at to date, Dong Yang, Malaysia has been awarded with more than 300 units of lifts and escalators. Among them are major projects developed by Dewan Bandaraya, Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) named DBKL Housing Projects in Desa Rejang which involved of total 38 units of VVVF Geared Lifts.
Our company is registered with the local authorities that have jurisdiction over the installation and maintenance of lifts, namely:-
- Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP/DOSH)
- Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB)
- National Housing Board
- Ministry of Finance (Government Agency)
- Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK)

PROFILE OF YEOW EWE HOR
Yeow Ewe Hor, graduated from Queen Mary College, University of London with a First Class (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering in 1978.
He started his career with Tractors Malaysia Bhd as an Executive and rose to the rank Marketing Manager prior to joining MBf group in 1990.
He was instrumental in establishing a new Heavy Equipment & Machinery Division in the group handling various franchises namely; Norinco, Beckett, Hyundai, Dong Yang, Peugeot, Chrysler Jeep, MAN and Daewoo.
During his tenure in MBF Group, he had installed more than 600 units of elevators and escalators in Malaysia and was instrumented in establishing an elevator factory in China.
He brings along his wealth of operating and corporate experiences to the company and is currently the Chief Executive Officer.
PROFILE OF SUHAIMI MOHAMAD
Suhaimi Mohamad who is a member of Chartered Institute of Transport, United Kingdom has vast experience with the government sectors.
He started working since 1977 till 2002 in Automobile Industry dealing in various products such as Daewoo, bus & trucks, MAN bus & trunks, Toyota, Chrysler and Peugeot vehicles.
He also specialise in dealing with government departments on the relevant governmental policies and approvals.
He is instrumental in securing all the necessary Permits from the various Ministries and the Registration as the approved supplier to the government sector.
PROFILE OF LEE CHIOK KUEN
Lee Chiok Kuen who possesses the City & Guilds of London Institute Certificate in Electrical Engineering has more than 30 years working experience in Lift Industry.
He started his career with Pernas Otis Elevator as Field Engineer in 1973 before joining Ryoden (M) Sdn Bhd and eventually joined Mahkota Technologies Malaysia as Senior Sales Manager.
Prior to joining Dong Yang Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd in 2002 as a Competent person, he was a Business Consultant in MBf-Norinco Sdn. Bhd.
Lee Chiok Kuen is a registered Competent Person in Lift & Escalator with Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP) since 1983.
PROFILE OF MICHAEL CHENG
Michael Cheng Ping Kwee graduated from Queen Mary College, University of London with a B. Eng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering before obtaining Master in Finance from Imperial College, University of London in 2003.
He joined Dong Yang Elevator (M) Sdn. Bhd, as Project Engineer in 2003 and is currently the Manager in charge of Sales, Project and Maintenance Services.
